Case Study: Mel Bedale

The Project

Having had at least three other shutter companies tell her that shutters couldn’t be fitted to her more unusually shaped windows the customer came to Beautifully Shuttered expecting us to give much the same answer.

But challenging installations are Beautifully Shuttered’s bread and butter and we of course, rose to the occasion! Charlie knew that it could be done and would look amazing. With arched windows and doors of a range of sizes the customers choice of grey shutters that blended well with the lovely architectural features of this period property would make shutters something that not only looked good but would add value too.

With careful planning and surveying the installation although far from stress-free and a very long day went well. The end result was that the customer was delighted with it and as you can see from the pictures it looks very impressive and works well with the architecture of the building.

The best bits? Another challenge overcome by Beautifully Shuttered, a transformation for a beautiful home and a very happy customer!

What Our Clients Say

There is much glib talk of ‘customer service’ these days. But at the highest level it remains an elusive commodity. So how nice to be able to report an immaculate example. Charlie Driver’s website is an encouraging introduction to his business with its extremely detailed descriptions of exactly what is on offer and convincing assurances of his care for the customer experience.

This is confirmed by Charlie in person – you do really feel in safe hands from the start. There is absolute clarity about the process and the timescale. The result in our case is a set of five shutters of high quality which we are delighted with. They are exactly as we envisaged they should be. Charlie has also found a gem in his fitter, Andy, whose unobtrusive, accurate and tidy work cannot be faulted. Altogether an excellent, stress-free experience.
