Sharon had purchased shutters for her new home from a well-known national blinds and shutter company but it had all gone wrong and she was left with poorly fitted shutters that looked awful and functioned badly and she was at the end of her tether as there seemed to be no resolution.
When she called us we went over and above to help her resolve the issue. Charlie gave her advice on how to approach the company and ask for a refund for the poorly fitting shutters and then we
surveyed to make sure the new shutters we would fit were going to fit perfectly and look beautiful.
We carefully removed the badly fitting shutters on the day of the installation and fitted the new ones with the care and attention which we’re renowned for.
