So much to consider!

One of the most important considerations when choosing your shutters is what sort of room you’ll be fitting it in.

A bathroom or kitchen will for example have different things to take into account than a bedroom or dining room. High humidity settings such as bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens, conservatories or garden rooms will benefit from fitting a waterproof shutter such as our Atlantis range.

This is simply because MDF or hardwood shutters will warp in humid conditions and won’t look good or operate well. The Atlantis range has man-made louvres that look just as good as our wood ranges but won’t warp and come in a wide range of stylish colours.

They’re perfect for single glazed period windows too where condensation can be an issue.

Shutters for wide windows and doors

Wide windows or patio doors can also be difficult to find a stylish solution for, after all curtains are just going to snag in hinges and tear.

Tracked shutters are a perfect solution and can be fitted to incredibly wide doors and window spaces providing the option to pull the shutters back to allow for full access or to have them partially closed, controlling light and privacy.

Shaped shutters

Unusually shaped windows can often mean a dilemma in dressing them in a way that is both stylish and practical. Here at Beautifully Shuttered we love the challenge of fitting the more unusual shapes as it gives us a chance to be more creative.

Whether it’s an arch, triangle, circle or something even more unusual we’ve done it and our customer’s just love it. Just check out some of our previous installations for customers to see how impressive these look.

From solid shutters to stylish bays we have ranges, colours and solutions to suit almost every window – but the best bit is the price matches the quality and value!
